Every menu is built using fresh, seasonal ingredients, with juices, syrups, and garnishes prepared in-house — offering a range of cocktails, mocktails, and low-ABV options.

OUR STORY
The Founder
SIP SIP was founded by Charlotte, a self-taught bartender with a background in biology and a refined sense of design. These influences came together to shape a bar experience defined by quality, seasonality, and thoughtful design.
This approach continues to define SIP SIP today — where what’s served and how it’s experienced are considered with equal care.
